HUBUNGAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI DENGAN KEMAMPUAN SHOOTING PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA COBRA 89 FC ACEH BESAR 2020

Abstrak

Abstract
Cobra 89 Football Club FC Aceh Besar is one of the football clubs in Aceh Besar, where this club
has been around for a long time and is starting to show change and development. Based on the
observations of researchers in the field during training and playing games with fellow club players,
the Cobra 89 FC football club players are still not maximal in shooting into the opponent's goal
where many of the shots are done not on the desired target or in other words do not produce goals.
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between leg muscle explosive power
and shooting ability at Cobra 89 FC Aceh Besar football club in 2020. The method in this study is a
quantitative method. The limitation of this research is only limited to football players after testing
the leg muscle explosive power and shooting ability. The sample in this study only 12 soccer
players 89 FC Cobra. The data were analyzed using the product moment correlation coefficient formula. The results of this study indicate that the football players get an average score of the leg
muscle explosive power test of 2889 in the very good category. The shooting ability test averaged
29 categories of being moderate. The results of the analysis above obtained the t-count of 2.212
while the t-table with degrees of freedom of 2-12 (n-k = 10) at the level of significance = 0.05 was
1.812. This means that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value. Thus it can be concluded
that there is a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the
shooting ability at the Cobra 89 fc Aceh Besar football club in 2020.

Abstrak
Klub SepakBola Cobra 89 FC Aceh Besar merupakan salah satu klub sepakbola yang ada
di Aceh Besar, dimana klub ini sudah berjalan lama dan mulai menunjukkan perubahan
dan pengembangan. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti dilapangan pada saat latihan dan
main game sesama pemain klub, para pemain klub Sepakbola Cobra 89 FC masih kurang
maksimal dalam melakukan shooting ke gawang lawan dimana banyak shooting yang
dilakukan tidak tepat pada sasaran yang diinginkan atau dengan kata lain tidak
menghasilkan gol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan
Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dengan Kemampuan Shooting Pada Klub Sepakbola Cobra 89
FC Aceh Besar Tahun 2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif.
Pembatasan penelitian ini hanya dibatasi pada pemain sepakbola setelah melakukan tes
daya ledak otot tungkai dan kemampuan shooting. Sampel dalam penelitian ini hanya 12
orang pemain sepakbola cobra 89 fc. Data di analisis menggunakan rumus koefesien
korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemain sepakbola
mendapatkan nilai rata-rata tes daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 2889 katagori sangat baik.
Tes kemampuan shooting nilai rata-rata sebesar 29 katagori sedang. Hasil analisis diatas
diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 2,212 sedangkan t-tabel dengan derajat kebebasan 2-12 (n-k =
10) pada taraf signifikasi = 0,05 adalah sebesar 1,812. Hal ini berarti nilai t-hitung lebih
besar dari pada nilai t-tabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat
hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dengan kemampuan shooting
pada klub sepakbola cobra 89 fc Aceh Besar tahun 2020.
