TINGKAT MOTIVASI ATLET SEPAK BOLA SMP NEGERI 2 BANDA ACEH PADA PERTANDINGAN TANPA PENONTON DI PINGGIR LAPANGAN

Abstract

Motivation plays a role in giving encouragement to individuals in achieving their goals and desires. According to Hamzah B. Uno (2011: 8), motivation is the encouragement and strength within a person to carry out certain goals to be achieved. The method used in this study is a survey method with a question angle with a Likert scale value. As for the results of this study are as follows. In the physiological indicators in the category "Always" 67 answers from respondents or a percentage of 41%, the category "Often" 70 answers from respondents or a percentage of 32%, the category "Sometimes" 60 answers from respondents or a percentage of 18%, the category "Never" 59 respondents or a percentage of 9%. In the psychological indicators in the category "Always" 104 answers from respondents or a percentage of 47%, the category "Often" 70 answers from respondents or a percentage of 23%, the category "Sometimes" 90 answers from respondents or a percentage of 10%, the category "Never" 88 respondents or a percentage of 10%. Aceh on the Selection of indicators Training methods in the category "Always" 45 answers from respondents or a percentage of 55%, the category "Often" 23 answers from respondents or a percentage of 21%, the category "Sometimes" 21 answers from respondents or a percentage of 13%, the category " Never” 38 respondents or a percentage of 12%.
