Abstract

During the pandemic (Covid-19), many schools and universities carried out online teaching and learning processes. Likewise with SMA Inshafuddin Banda Aceh which has implemented an online teaching and learning process. The formulation of the problem of this research is what is the value of student mathematics report cards during the covid-19 period of SMA Inshafuddin Banda Aceh ?. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The method used is descriptive method. Descriptive research is research conducted to determine the existence of independent variables, either only on one or more variables without making comparisons or linking them with other variables. The instruments used in this study were interviews and documentation. The subject of the interview was a mathematics teacher and principal of SMA Inshafuddin Banda Aceh. while the subject of documentation is the student report card scores during the Covid-19 period. While the number of samples in this study were 30 students from 90 students of SMA Inshafuddin Banda Aceh. The stages designed in this study were: documentation, preparing a questionnaire, interviewing the mathematics teacher along with the head of Inshafuddin Banda high school and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the math grade X IPA 1 student grade X IPA 1 SMA Inshafuddin Banda Aceh has increased, it can be seen from the results of the documentation that has been obtained, the average score of students before Covid-19 was only 80, while the student report scores during covid-19 increased to 82
