PENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI FUNGSI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI PHOTOMATH DI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 MONTASIK ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently a tool that plays an important role in the world of education, especially in learning mathematics. Learning mathematics using android-based applications can make it easier to learn mathematics, one application that can be used is photomath. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after using the Photomath application on function material in class X SMA Negeri 1 Montasik Aceh Besar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The research population of all students of class X amounted to 69 people, the sample was chosen randomly, namely class X-2 amounted to 27 people. Data was collected through tests, the collected data were analyzed using statistical tests (t-test). The results showed that the use of the Photomath application could improve student learning outcomes as indicated by an increase in the average pree test score of 44.83 increased to 75.67 in the post test which was strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing, namely tcount > ttable (4.46 > 1 ,67) so that Ha is accepted. This study concludes that the use of the Photomath application on function materials can improve the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Montasik Aceh Besar.
