SURVEI MOTIVASI ATLET PERSIRAJA DALAM MENGHADAPI KOMPETISI LIGA I PUTARAN KE DUA TAHUN 2022

Abstract

PeneThis study aims to determine the motivation of Persiraja Athletes in Facing the Second Round of Liga I Competition in 2022.This research is qualitative research using survey method. The population in this study were all Persiraja athletes who took part in Liga I. The sample consisted of 15 athletes with a total sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire, and documentation.Research resultPersiraja Athletes' Motivation in Facing the Second Round of League I CompetitionIn the study, measuring the number of respondents as many as 15 Persiraja athletes and 23 statement questions, the score ranges from 1 to 4. The results of statistical analysis of the data obtained mean = 23 median = 4, mode = 4. Motivation of Persiraja Athletes in Facing the Second Round of League I Competition in category "Strongly Agree" 248 respondents or percentage 72%, category "Agree" 61 respondents or percentage 18%, category "Disagree" 27 respondents or percentage 8%, category "Strongly Disagree" 9 respondents or percentage 3%,. These results can be interpreted that some of the Persiraja Athletes' Motivations in Facing the Second Round of League I Competition stated Strongly Agree that athletes have optimistic confidence to win even though in the first round they won once and drew and others lost.
