Abstract

This study aims to determineManagement of sports coaching for the football branch of the Banda Aceh City Binapora Team:, Knowing the management of the Banda Aceh City Binapora Football Team., Knowing the pattern of coaching and training carried out by the Banda Aceh City Binapora Football Team., Knowing the achievements of the Banda Aceh City Binapora Football Team. . the type of research in this activity is qualitative research. As the research subject in this study, the overall component related to the Development of Binapora, namely, the head of the youth and sports department of Banda Aceh City, the Head of Department in charge, and the coach. In conducting the research, the instrument used was interviews. Based on the results of a survey research on the Development of Binapora Soccer in Banda Aceh City in 2021 based on the formulation of the problem. The Binapora Football Management is controlled by the Banda Aceh City DISPORA both from the money for coaching, facilities and infrastructure which are taken over by the Head of Performance Development and financed by the City Council of Banda Aceh. The pattern of recruiting trainers is seen from the approval of the SSB trainer who is in the city of Banda Aceh and has a coaching license and makes an attractive training program. And the recruitment of athletes is carried out both at school and at SSB by screening athletes holding soccer tournaments. In 2022 Banda Aceh's binapora football was only eligible to be played at the POPDA event which was held in west Aceh.
