Abstract

The low science learning outcomes of students specifically in the cognitive and psychomotor domains of students and the lack of use of instructional media using the KIT-based science teaching and learning activities of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 55 Banda Aceh.The formulation of this research is whether there is an influence of SEQIP-based Natural science KIT on students’ cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes on muscle force material in class IV SD Negeri 55 Banda Aceh?. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SEQIP-based Natural Science KIT media on student learning outcomes in muscle force material in class IV SD Negeri 55 Banda Aceh. This research design is a pre-test and post-test research conducted in one class without comparison class by providing initial and final tests. Instrument pre-test and post-test in the form of gabda choice tests for about twenty items,there four indicator on the observation sheet. Data collection uses observation and tests. The results of data collection using observation can be concluded that the activeness of students in using SEQIP-based Natural Science KIT media has developed very well. Data analysis using t-test on the spps program. This is demonstrated by the value of data analysis using the t-test method so that the Ho hypothesis is accepted “ The SEQIP-based Natural Science KIT media has an effect on student learning outcomes in muscle force material in class IV SD Negeri 55 Banda Aceh”.
