HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN GENGGAMAN TANGAN TERHADAP HASIL SHOOTING JARAK 6 METER PADA UNIT KEGITAN MAHASISWA PETANQUE UNIVERSITAS BINA BANGSA GETSEMPENA BANDA ACEH

Abstract

This thesis discusses the relationship grip strength against the shooting distance of 6 meters atstudent
activity unit petanque universitybina getsempena nation Banda Aceh. As for the problem, "Is there a
relationship between the right hand grip strength to be used for shooting at a distance of 6 meters at
the student activity unit of the University of Bina Bangsa Getsempena, Banda Aceh?". The aim is to
identify the relationship between hand grip strength and the results of shooting at a distance of 6
meters at the Student Activity Unit of the University of Bina Bangsa Getsampena Banda Aceh. This
study uses quantitative research methods with a correlation approach. The population of this research
is the athletes of the Petanque Student Activity Unit of the Bina Bangsa University Getempena
Banda Aceh, totaling 3 people who are included in the shooting category. The design of this research
is a test instrument. Data collection techniques were carried out using test and documentation instruments. Based on data analysis, it shows that there is a relationship between hand grip strength
and shooting results, namely rcount is greater than rtable(0.999236> 0.999). Hypothesis testing
obtained results with a strong correlatian of rxy = 0.662. Thus Ha welcome, thus we can conclude that
there is a relationship grip strength to the shooting premises strong correlation.
