SURVEI PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA SMP SE-KOTA BANDA ACEH

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process of physical education teachers
during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP in Banda Aceh City and the obstacles faced
by Physical Education teachers in the teaching and learning process during the
Covid-19 pandemic in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh. This study uses
an approach qualitative descriptive. This type of research is a survey. The informants
of this study were Physical Education teachers. Data collection techniques were
carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the
study, it is known that the learning process for physical education teachers during the
Covid-19 pandemic at SMP in Banda Aceh was initially carried out online by
utilizing online media via WhatsApp and Zoom. However, in mid-2021 until now,
some schools in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh have carried out
offline/face-to-face learning by limiting the number of students entering classes
alternately. Obstacles of physical education teachers in the teaching and learning
process during the Covid-19 pandemic in junior high schools in the city of Banda
Aceh are the limitations of online learning facilities, the lack of knowledge regarding
the use of online learning applications, the lack of parental control over children in
learning and obstacles in providing.
