PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BERCERITA UNTUK MENSTIMULASI KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA ANAK KELOMPOK A DI TKIT SYEIKH ABDURRAUF BANDA ACEH

Abstract

Early childhood education is a level of education before the basic education level which
is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to the age of six years which is carried
out through the provision of educational stimuli to help physical and spiritual growth
and development so that children have readiness to enter further education that is held
on formal, non-formal, and informal channels (Maimunah Hasan, 2010: 15). Early
childhood is the age where children experience rapid growth and development, this age
is referred to as the golden age. The development of the physical/motor, socioemotional, language, and cognitive aspects of children are interrelated and influence
one another. The research objective was to develop storytelling media to stimulate the
speaking skills of group A children at Sheikh Abdurrauf's Kindergarten. The Trans
Kotaraja car media learning method is only assessed by 2 teachers. The conclusion from
the first teacher is: Alhamdulillah, the learning media entitled "Transkotaraja car" is
very feasible and good for introducing land transportation for Kindergarten A children,
here the teacher can introduce various colors and shapes to children. And with this
storytelling media, it can train children's speaking skills. The conclusion of the second
teacher is: For learning media entitled "trans kotaraja car" for children it is quite feasible
because using this storytelling media can make it easier for teachers and can also be
used for teaching aids so that children can get to know various means of transportation,
both land and sea transportation. , and air. From the results of the research of the first
and second teachers at Sheikh Abdurrauf's TKIT, the authors can conclude that
applying the storytelling media entitled "Trans Kotaraja Car" in Kindergarten A is very
effective in developing storytelling media to stimulate the speaking skills of group A
children at Sheikh Abudurrauf's TKIT Banda Aceh , because in storytelling it can build
children's concentration, develop fine motoric and gross motor skills, children can
introduce colors to children, introduce various forms of transportation, both land, sea
and air transportation to children. However, this storytelling media if done
continuously can make children happy. children get bored quickly, so teachers need to
make media as creative as possible every day so that children can create a very large
sense of curiosity in every media provided by the teacher.
