Abstract

Based on observations at the Cut Meutia Banda Aceh Kindergarten in group A, children's interpersonal intelligence has begun to appear. This can be seen in the situation of group A children where the ability of children to interact with peers has begun to be seen, the child is able to play with friends even though the child is still half a semester with friends in one class. Cooperation of children when playing very well children are able to obey the rules of the game during learning activities. The objectives in this study are: (1). to find out the description of children's interpersonal skills at Cut Meutia Banda Aceh Kindergarten. (2). To find out the activities carried out by the teacher to improve children's interpersonal intelligence in Kindergarten Cut Meutia Banda Aceh. The subjects in this study amounted to 2 class teachers. The method used is a qualitative method with instruments used are interviews and documentation. The results showed that in group A children in Cut Meutia Kindergarten Banda Aceh. (1). The Interpersonal Ability of Children of Group A in Cut Meutia Banda Aceh Kindergarten has begun to develop as expected (BSH) as seen when children play, children are able to interact with peers well and children are able to understand the people around them. (2.) Activities undertaken by teachers to develop interpersonal intelligence, as explained above, namely by sharpening empathy in children such as teaching them simple things such as help to help peers and can also be done by frequently asking questions , and can also be done by introducing language, and introducing simple words that have never been heard by children.
