PENERAPAN PERMAINAN EDUKATIF BARANG BEKAS DALAM MENSTIMULASI KECERDASAN MUSIKAL ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI TK AL-WASHLIYAH BANDA ACEH

Musical intelligence is part of multiple intelligences related to sensitivity to listening to music and other sounds. The emergence of this intelligence can be seen from the ability to produce and appreciate rhythm and music which can be manifested in the ability to perceive. To stimulate musical intelligence, it can be done through various games, one of which is through secondhand educational games. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of used educational games in stimulating the musical intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at Al-Washliyah Kindergarten Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The research sample was group B children, totaling 12 children. Data was collected through tests that were assessed through observation sheets. The instrument used in this data collection is an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using statistics. The results showed: (1) Prior to the implementation of used educational games, 25% of children had not yet developed their musical intelligence, then 58.33% of children began to develop and as many as 16.67% of children developed as expected. After implementing used educational games, the number of children who began to develop was 8.33%, children who developed according to expectations were 58.33% and children who developed very well were 33.33%. (2) Used educational games are effective in stimulating the musical intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at Al-Washliyah Kindergarten Banda Aceh as evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing, namely the t-count value is 13.33 while the t-table value is 1.80 (10 .86> 1.80) at a significant level of 5%.
