Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Level of Understanding of Physical Education Orchestra Teachers on Health Protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic During the Teaching and Learning Process at SMA Negeri 15 Adidarma, Banda Aceh City". As for the purpose of this paper is to determine the understanding of teachers in the implementation of health protocols in SMA Negeri 15 Adidarma Banda Aceh City. To find out the factors that support the level of teacher understanding in the implementation of health protocols at SMA Negeri 15 Banda Aceh City. To find out the obstacles in the level of teacher understanding in the implementation of health protocols at SMA Negeri 15 Adidarma, Banda Aceh City. This subject took 1 physical education officer, principal and 3 class teachers. Techniques for collecting data were observation and interviews. The data analysis technique was using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of understanding of physical education teachers in implementing health protocols at SMA Negeri 15 Adidarma Banda Aceh City, where physical education teachers were advised to clean their hands after leaving, or receiving goods from outside, or after shaking hands with other people. Supporting the level of understanding of Physical Education teachers in implementing health protocols at SMA Negeri 15 Adidarma, Banda Aceh City, the efforts of physical education teachers where regulations play an important role in increasing preventing the spread of COVID-19 by making preventive efforts, appealing and setting an example for students. The obstacles faced by physical education teachers in the learning process are when studying at school the teacher delivers the material directly in class, explaining in detail the material from beginning to end, and can unify directly the level of student understanding of the material presented. And if you don't understand the teacher but you are welcome to ask questions, but at this time of bold learning the teacher has difficulty in the process of monitoring students. The material presented is not optimal through videos, photos or written summaries, so it affects students who will find it difficult to understand the material taught by physical education or health teachers.
