Abstract

Modern education is one form of integration of various forms of the role of sports in aspects of life. Physical education for health sports requires learning media facilities, tools and equipment. Facilities and infrastructure in health sports physical education are part of the PJOK education process itself whose existence must be considered and equipped properly. This study aims to find out how the condition of PJOK learning facilities in Junior High Schools in Terangun District, Gayo Lues Regency in 2021. This research is a descriptive type of research that uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were PJOK teachers and principals in junior high schools throughout Terangun District, Gayo Lues Regency. The data collection technique that the researcher did was to use an instrument in the form of a list of interview questionnaires and direct observation. The data analysis technique used was carried out using data reduction analysis techniques, data display, and conclusion drawings/verifications. The results of the study show that overall it is in a less than ideal classification or it can be said to be in less than ideal conditions for learning physical education and existing infrastructure at SMP Sekecamatan Terangun, Gayo Lues Regency in 2021.
