PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN KEPRAMUKAAN DI SMAN 1 BAITUSSALAM ACEH BESAR

Abstract

The research entitled: “The Role of Physical Education Teachers in Scouting Learning at SMAN 1 Baitussalam Aceh Besar. Scout activities will increase knowledge and increase student opportunities for independent study and develop student talents, and physical education teachers are required to be able to foster scouts. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, while the type of research is descriptive, because this study only attempts to provide a detailed description of a phenomenon, especially about the role of the PJOK teacher in scouting activities. The method used is a survey method using interview instruments, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects in this study were ten people consisting of six students, two PJOK teachers, one vice principal and one principal. Data collection techniques in this study will be carried out directly by researchers in real situations, namely interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, it was found that all subjects agreed that PJOK teachers played a very important role in the development of scouting activities in schools, and for that all schools worked together and always coordinated with each other with one goal, namely the development of achievement in scouting activities at school. The author's suggestion is that all schools become more cohesive, maintain harmonious relations, always have a passion for learning and continue to be able to give the best contribution in developing scouts at SMAN 1 Baitussalam.
