MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN ATLET OLAHRAGA FUTSAL OPANINDO FS BANDA ACEH

Abstract

The Opanindo FS Banda Aceh club a few years ago always tried to develop coaching and had produced many futsal athletes who always represented Aceh Province at regional level competitions. So that researchers are interested in taking the research entitled. "Opanindo FS Banda Aceh futsal sports athletes management in 2021". The problem is how is the management of the Opanindo FS Banda Aceh futsal sports athletes in 2021. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of the Opanindo FS Banda Aceh futsal sports athletes in 2021. The type in this research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Research Subjects in this study are the overall components of the Opanindo FS Banda Aceh club, namely athletes, coaches and administrators. Data analysis techniques used are as follows: interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) The implementation of futsal sports achievement development at Opanindo FS Banda Aceh has not gone well. 2) The existing human resources at Opanindo FS Banda Aceh are good, the trainers in the training system are equipped with a training certificate/license and have a national certificate/licence. 3) Organization in Opanindo FS Banda Aceh is not yet in good criteria. 4) The training program at Opanindo FS Banda Aceh is not good, 5) The facilities and infrastructure of Opanindo FS Banda Aceh are not enough 6) Funding for Opanindo FS Banda Aceh is quite good
