Abstract

Competence according to the law is the work ability of every individual that covers every aspect of knowledge, work skills and attitudes that are in accordance with established standards. So competence is a mastery of aspects of knowledge skills and work attitudes in a job. So that the competencies possessed by each educator or teacher will shoe their quality as professional teachers. The formulation in this research is how the description of pedagogical, professional, sosial, and personal charakteristics of the PAUD teacher in singkil district, kab. Aceh singkil. The purpose of this study was to determine pedagogical, professional, social, personal competence of  PAUD techer in dingkil district. Aceh singkil. The type of researchused in this study was descriptive qualitative research subjects in this study were 12 people with detsils of 3 principals, 9 teschers. Data collection using observations, and data processing using percentage formulas. Based on the results of research that have been carried out as well as based on data processing, it can be concluded that the result of the competency ability in the three schools hsve met the criteria very well with each percentage of pedagogical competence in the singkil taate 1 PAUD scool that is 81,25% (very good). State refeniry PAUD scool 2 with a percentage of 87,5% (very good) and aPAUD ABA (Aisyiah) school with a percentage of 81,55% (very good). And the percentage of personality competence in the state sudil 1 singkil school with a percentage of 85,41% (very good), and the ABA (Aisyiah) PAUD school with a percentage of 79,16% (good). And professional skill in public schools 1 singkil with 79,16 good persentase. State paud refinery schools 2, 85,41% (very good),ABA (Aisyiah) fan school with a percentage of 83,33% (very good). And the percentage of social competence in public schools 1 singkil with a percentage of 87,5% is (very good) state owned pudge school 2 85,42% very well and ABA (Aisyiah) with an percentage of 87,5% (very good). It is recommended for every teacher to carry out the learning process in accordance with the competencies that have been set, so that the teaching and learning process is applied properly.
