Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: how is the mastery of basic motor movements in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Ketol? This study aims to determine the mastery of basic motor movements in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Ketol. The approach used in this research is quantitative with this type of survey. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Ketol, totaling 21 students. The sampling technique is total sampling, so the sample in this study amounted to 21 students. The data collection technique used was the motor ability test for elementary schools proposed by Nurhasan (2004: 6.6) with a reliability of 0.93 and a validity of 0.87 which was divided into 4 test items, namely: 4 x 10 meter shutle-run test. , a test for throwing and catching a ball at a distance of 1 meter from the wall, a stork stand test for positional balance and a 30 meter sprint test. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the level of basic motor skills in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Ketol is 0% (0 students) is in the very high category, 33% (7 students) is in the high category, 43% (9 students) is in the medium category, 19% (4 students) in the low category and 5% (1 student) in the very low category. The highest level of basic motor skills is in intervals of 45 ≤ X <55, so the level of basic motor skills of the fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Ketol is "moderate".
