TINGKAT KONDISI FISIK DOMINAN PADA PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA BINAAN EKSTRAKURIKULER SMAN 1 BAKONGAN TIMUR KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN

Abstract

Football is an achievement sport that is very popular with the public. Physical conditions has a big influence on football player, for example strength. In a Football player without strength, a Football athlete will experience difficulties when attacking an opponent. Endurance: When an athlete plays Football and his endurance is not good, the athlete will experience difficulties in the match. Speed in a Football game, an athlete must have a stable speed to make it easier for an athlete in a match. When an athlete does not have speed, the athlete will experience difficulties. So physical condition is very influential in playing Football. This study aims to determine the level of dominant physical conditionsn Extracurricular Football player at SMAN 1 Bakongan Timur. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was carried out by physical tests on students at SMAN 1 Bakongan Timur. Sample determination was carried out using random sampling of 10% of the total population. The Level Dominant Physical Conditions Extracurricular Football player at SMAN 1 Bakongan Timur Based on survey results, it shows that the majority of students have physical conditions in the good category, 41% (6 students). Basic Ability of Extracurricular Football Player at SMAN 1 Bakongan Timur Based on survey results, it shows that the majority of students have the basic ability to Football in the good category at 41% (6 students). Based on these results, it can be stated that there is a difference between the level of dominant physical condition and the basic ability to play Football in students.
