ANALISIS KETEPATAN TENDANGAN LURUS DALAM MENDAPATKAN POIN PADA ATLET PENCAK SILAT BINAAN KONI ACEH SELATAN

Abstract

This research, with the title analysis of the accuracy of straight kicks in getting points for athletes trained by Koni, South Aceh Regency, aims to determine the accuracy of straight kicks in getting points in pencak silat competitions for athletes trained by Koni, South Aceh Regency. . This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the total sample for this research is 18 pencak silat athletes assisted by Koni, South Aceh Regency. This research was conducted on July 6 2023. The data source came from test instruments from the judges' assessments in pencak silat sports. Data collection used form data which was assessed by each jury consisting of 3 judges in one competition simulation. From From the results of this research, it is clear that The pencak silat athletes assisted by Koni, South Aceh district, obtained 11.1% Very Good, 5.5% Good, 11.1% Poor and 72.2% Very Poor. From the data above, only 2 athletes got a Very Good Percentage (SB), 1 person got a Good Percentage (B), 2 people got a Poor Percentage (K), and 13 people got a Very Poor Percentage (SK). So it can be concluded that the pencak silat athletes trained by Koni, South Aceh district are still lacking in performing straight kicks because they are not precise or powerful in kicking and are also hit by parts of their hands when kicking so that their kicks are not precise.
