EVALUASI KEMAMPUAN BIOMOTOR SKILL PADA KEGIATAN EKSTRAKULIKULER BOLA VOLI DI SMK NEGERI PERIKANAN SIMEULUE BARAT TAHUN 2022

Abstract

The problem of Biomotor Skill in volleyball athletes at West Simeulue Fisheries State Vocational School can be seen where volleyball extracurricular activities have not been maximized due to the limited time for practice which is held only once a week, namely on Monday. The formulation of the research problem is how the level of ability of biomotor skills (speed, arm muscle strength, agility and explosive power) in volleyball extracurricular activities for students at SMK Negei Fisheries Simeulue Barat in 2022. The research objective is to determine the level of ability of biomotor skills (speed, muscle strength) arms, agility and explosive power) in volleyball extracurricular activities at the Simeulue Barat Fisheries State Vocational School in 2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with an evaluation method. The sample of this research is 31 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by speed tests, arm and shoulder muscle strength tests, agility tests and explosive power tests. Based on the results of data processing it is known that the aspect of speed is classified in the poor category, arm and shoulder muscle strength is classified in the very good category, agility is classified in the Moderate category and explosive power is classified in the Very Good category. The conclusion of this study is that the biomotor skills of volleyball players in extracurricular activities at the Simeulue Barat Fisheries State Vocational School in 2022 as a whole are in the very good category. The suggestion of this research is that speed and agility abilities need to be increased in training to the fullest while aspects of arm muscle strength and explosive power need to be maintained.
