In learning, good cooperation between teachers and parents is needed, the same is true when learning online. This study aims to (1) To find out the application of online learning in Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Banda Aceh. (2) To find out the collaboration between teachers and parents in implementing online learning. (3) To find out the constraints of teachers and parents in the online learning process. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were teachers and parents Children at Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Banda Aceh. The instruments in this study were interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Based on the results of the interviews conducted, (1) the teacher provides learning material effectively and to the maximum extent possible by providing learning videos and other assignments via whatsapp social media to parents. (2) Each time the teacher gives an assignment, the teacher will explain in advance the procedure for making assignments for children (3) Collaboration between teachers and parents in conveying material in learning and accompanying children when online learning takes place so that when learning takes place children remain focused on learning. (4) The obstacles during online learning are that it is not very effective when learning takes place because teachers cannot provide direct understanding to children, teachers cannot provide maximum assessment to children, some parents find it difficult to understand material from teachers when online learning takes place and some people parents have their own activities such as work and so on so they cannot accompany their children in the online learning process.
