SURVEY KONDISI FISIK ATLET PENCAK SILAT PADA SATLAT PENCAK SILAT PSHT BAKONGAN ACEH SELATAN TAHUN 2022

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of pencak silat athletes at the PSHT Bakongan South Aceh pencak silat training in 2022. This research uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is a survey. The population is 18 athletes and the sample of this research is 18 athletes taken by total sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by testing strength, speed, flexibility, agility, explosive power and balance tests. Data analysis uses the average formula and frequency distribution. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the level of physical condition of pencak silat athletes in the PSHT Bakongan South Aceh 2022 martial arts satlat, seen from the aspect of physical strength, belongs to the medium category, the aspect of physical speed is in the medium category, the physical flexibility is in the good category, the physical agility is in the above average category. average, physical explosive power is in the good category and aspects of physical balance are in the average category.
