PENGARUH LATIHAN PERMAINAN TARGET TERHADAP KETEPATAN SHOOTING MENGGUNAKAN KAKI BAGIAN DALAM PADA ATLET EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL SMK SMTI BANDA ACEH

Abstract

The technical ability to shoot with the inside of the foot is still not optimal for futsal extracurricular athletes at SMK SMTI Banda Aceh, it can be seen that there are still many players shooting inaccurately. To overcome this, one of them can be given the target game training treatment. The formulation of the problem in this study was: "Is there an effect of target game training on the accuracy of shooting using the inside of the foot in futsal extracurricular athletes at SMK SMTI Banda Aceh?". This study aims: "To determine the effect of target game training on the accuracy of shooting using the inside of the foot in futsal extracurricular athletes at SMK SMTI Banda Aceh". The research approach is quantitative with experimental methods and the design used is a one-group pretest-posttest design with 16 meetings. The population in this study were all 15 players of the SMK SMTI Banda Aceh futsal extracurricular athletes. The sampling technique was total sampling, so the samples in this study were all 15 players of the SMK SMTI Banda Aceh futsal extracurricular athletes. The data collection technique in this study used a shooting accuracy test using the inner leg proposed by Arki Taupan Maualana (2009: 38). The data analysis technique used is to calculate the average value (mean), standard deviation and mean difference test (t.test). The results showed that there was a significant effect of target game training on the accuracy of shooting using the inside of the foot in futsal extracurricular athletes at SMK SMTI Banda Aceh. This is reinforced by the results of calculating the t-count value of target game training on shooting accuracy using the inner leg of 29.02 and the t-table value obtained with degrees of freedom 15-2 (dk = 13) at a significance level of α = 0.05 is equal to 1.77. This means that t-count = 29.02 > t-table = 1.77.
