FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRESTASI MAHASISWA SARJANA KEPERAWATAN DI UNIVERSITA SABULYATAMA

Abstract

Student achievement is an achievement that has been achieved by students who are still sitting in lectures. The formulation of the research problem is the factors that affect the achievement of undergraduate nursing students at Abulyatama University?. The research design used is a quantitative approach with research subjects for undergraduate nursing students for the 2019-2021 class. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling based on coincidence with a total of 108 people. The results of this study showed a significant value of the supporting factor (p = 0.265), the inhibiting factor showed a value (p = 0.975) then also the confounding factor with a significant value (p = 0.497). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is no influence between supporting, inhibiting and disrupting factors on the achievement of undergraduate nursing students at Abulyatama University. what students want to achieve is diligent in studying and doing assignments, student relations with lecturers, laziness and long distances from residence, students' perceptions of wrong majors, afternoon class schedules and monotonous learning methods.
