HUBUNGAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI TERHADAP KETEPATAN SMASH PADA ATLET PB. PASHA JAYA BANDA ACEH

Abstrak

PB athlete's smash ability. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh is still not optimal, this can be seen from the
low jump, the shuttlecock is not quite right, the shuttlecock is stuck on the net and even goes out of
the field The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is there a relationship between leg muscle
power and smash accuracy in PB athletes. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine
the relationship between leg muscle power and smash accuracy in PB athletes. Pasha Jaya Banda
Aceh. The approach used in this research is quantitative with the correlation method. The
population in this study were all PB athletes. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh, totaling 10 people. The
sampling technique is total sampling, so the sample in this study amounted to 10 people. The data
collection technique used the vertical jump test and the accuracy of the badminton smash. The data
analysis technique was used by calculating the mean (mean), standard deviation (SD), correlation
coefficient and significant test. The results showed that "There is a significant relationship between
leg muscle power and the accuracy of badminton smashes in PB athletes." Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh
”. The results of the analysis showed that the t-count value of leg muscle power to smash accuracy
was 6.716, while the t-table with degrees of freedom 10-2 (dk = 8) at the significance level α = 0.05
was 1.859. This means that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value or 6,716 ≥ 1,859.

Abstrak

Kemampuan smash atlet PB. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh masih kurang maksimal hal ini
terlihat lompatan masih rendah, perkenaan pada shuttlecock kurang tepat, shuttlecock
menyangkut di net dan bahkan keluar lapangan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini
adalah: Apakah terdapat hubungan power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan smash pada
atlet PB. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan
power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan smash pada atlet PB. Pasha Jaya Banda
Aceh
.Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode
kolerasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet PB. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh
yangberjumlah 10 orang.Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling, jadi
sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakantes loncat tengak (vertical jump) dan ketepatan smash bulutangkis.Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan dengan mengitung nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi
(SD), koefisien kolerasi dan uji signifikan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa “Terhadat
hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai denganketepatan smash bulutangkis
pada atlet PB. Pasha Jaya Banda Aceh
”.Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung
dari power otot
tungkai terhadapketepatan smashsebesar 6,716,sedangkan ttabel
dengan derajat kebebasan
10-2 (dk =8) pada taraf signifikasi α = 0,05 adalah sebesar 1,859. Hal ini berati nilai thitung

lebih besar dari nilai ttabel

atau 6,716 ≥1,859.
