Abstrak

Social emotional development is defined as an individual's ability to adapt to his / her environment, as
well as the ability to do or master developmental tasks properly. Emotional social skills are needed by
every child to support other aspects of development. The formulation of the problem in this study is
How to improve the social emotional abilities of the children of Group B TK Tgk Chik Digogo, Padang
Tiji District, Pidie Regency through the game of carrying the ball with hvs paper? The aim is to
determine the increase in social emotional development through the game of carrying the ball with
HVS paper? This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The instrument used was an
observation sheet, a total sample of 15 children and the data were analyzed using a percentage
formula. The results showed that in the description of the observation of children's activity in the first
cycle, the total score obtained was 37% underdeveloped (6 children), 40% started to develop (6
children), developed according to expectations 14% (2 children), and developed categories. Very good
8% (1 child). Whereas in the second cycle for the underdeveloped category 8% (1 child), 12% starting
to develop (2 children), the developing category as expected was 44% (6 children) the very well
developed category was 36% (6 children). Based on these data it can be concluded that the game of
carrying the ball with hvs paper can improve children's social emotional because in this game involves children to work together.

Abstrak

Kecerdasan naturalis merupakan kecerdasan dalam memahami alam, yang meliputi
kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan perbedaan maupun
persamaan ciri-ciri diantara spesies baik flora maupun fauna. Kecerdasan naturalis anak
pada usia 4-6 tahun muncul dalam bentuk sudah mulai memiliki rasa kepekaan terhadap
lingkungan sekitar, mereka sudah memiliki minat terhadap alam. Namun berdasarakan
observasi pada anak kelompok A TK Bungong Nanggroe menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan
naturalis anak masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari kurangnya ketertarikan anak
tentang alam, tumbuhan dan binatang. Jika sedang bermain diluar ank lebih suka bermain
plosotan, ayunan dan panjatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan
naturalis anak melalui kegiatan meronce dengan media bahan alam pada anak kelompok A
TK Bungong Nanggroe kecamatan Padang Tiji, kabupaten Pidie. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan subjek 15 anak. Instrumen yang
digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan data dianalisis menggunakan rumus persentase.
